Pappas Unveils Property Tax Plan that Could Save Homes

Chicago Crusader

Treasurer Maria Pappas encouraged property owners to make every effort to pay their past-due taxes before the Annual Tax Sale at a meeting of Rainbow Push Coalition on April 28, 2018, the Chicago Crusader reported.

With Rev. Jesse Jackson Sr. at her side, Pappas thanked the elected officials, ministers and community groups that have drawn attention to the Tax Sale.
