Chicago Sun-Times

Fewer properties are expected to be included in this year’s Tax Sale “because of the tremendous outreach,” Treasurer Maria Pappas said. “We’ve located owners, and they’ve come forward.”

About half of the delinquent properties are in Chicago and half in the suburbs.
